What is Project Pay it ForWed?
Project Pay it ForWed is a community-driven wedding giveaway hosted by Hotel Goodwin. We’re gifting one deserving couple a completely free wedding (valued at over $30,000) on October 12, 2025, at The Rooftop at Hotel Goodwin in downtown Beloit, Wisconsin.
This initiative is about giving back to a couple who has faced challenges—financial, personal, or emotional—and giving them the celebration they deserve.
Who can be nominated?
Any engaged couple who has experienced financial hardships or personal challenges and may not be able to afford or plan a traditional wedding. We’re looking for stories of resilience, love, and community.
How do I submit a nomination?
It’s easy! Visit the official Project Pay it ForWed page, click on the Nominate Now button, and fill out the form with the couple’s story. Be as detailed and heartfelt as you can; this is your chance to tell us why this couple deserves their dream day.

The winning couple will receive a full wedding package, including:

When is the deadline to nominate?
Nominations are open now through June 30th, so don’t wait. Take a few minutes and help us find a couple whose story deserves the spotlight.
How will the couple be selected?
Once nominations close, a panel from Geronimo Hospitality Group will review the submissions. The couple will be chosen based on their story, circumstances, and the overall spirit of the campaign.
When will the winner be announced?
The selected couple will be contacted privately and then publicly announced after all arrangements are confirmed. Keep an eye on our social media and website for the big reveal.
