At Hotel Goodwin, we believe true hospitality goes beyond beautiful spaces, elevated dining, and impeccable service. It’s about people. It’s about stories. And most of all, it’s about showing up for each other in moments that matter.

That’s the heart behind Project Pay it ForWed—a meaningful initiative from Geronimo Hospitality Group created to gift one deserving couple a wedding day they’ll never forget. Completely free of cost.

Where It All Began

Over the years, we’ve watched countless couples face heartbreaking decisions—postponing or even canceling their wedding plans because life simply got in the way. Illness. Grief. Financial burdens. Circumstances beyond their control.

We wanted to create something that offered hope. A chance to pause the hard parts of life and celebrate love in its purest form. To honor resilience. To lift someone up with a gift that brings joy, beauty, and connection.

That hope became Project Pay it ForWed.

What It Is

Project Pay it ForWed is a wedding giveaway and a celebration of love, strength, and community. We’re selecting one couple who has walked through a challenging season, and we’re giving them the full wedding experience at Hotel Goodwin.

That means a ceremony at The Rooftop overlooking downtown Beloit, elevated cuisine from Velvet Buffalo Modern Italian, handcrafted cocktails, florals, photography, music, and more—every detail carefully curated to make the day feel extraordinary.

No strings. No shortcuts. Just a deeply meaningful celebration of two people and the love that’s carried them forward.

Project Pay it ForWed is our way of giving back to a community that continues to show us so much support. It’s a way for us to do what we do best—bring people together and create something truly unforgettable.
